The first step in advocating and negotiating for stronger healthcare benefits is understanding what is available, as well as the benefits you already have now.
This is the purpose behind the Health & Welfare Symposium, held every other year and being held virtually February 25-27, 2025. Registration opens on December 2, 2024 at this link.
The Symposium is aimed at helping members navigate their healthcare benefits and train members and staff responsible for negotiating and selecting healthcare benefits for their chapters.
This is a free training opportunity available only to CSEA members and retired members.
