CSEA Training Opportunities Help Members Grow

by Maya Sabatino

CSEA offers its members representation and advocacy, a community of your peers, a helping hand in times of need, access to discounted entertainment, and much more.

One of our most essential benefits, and one that taps heavily into the core value of empowerment, is the wide array of events and trainings that CSEA offers.

As classified school employees, you understand that education is a gift that keeps giving again and again. Trainings and events are not only for your own personal and professional development but also for the union leadership's development, leaving you knowing that the entire CSEA team is always ready to support you.

As the largest classified employee union in the nation, CSEA is always trying to innovate for its members by offering more trainings each year and to a greater audience. This year alone, Communications Academy has evolved from a single in-person training to multiple build-your-own-schedule weekends, Health & Welfare Symposium adapted to accommodate more attendees, and Retirement Planning events offer a range of digital webinars and in-person seminars across the state.

So far in 2025, CSEA has offered dozens of successful trainings. Learn more about each training opportunity and hear from members who attended below. Then, get ready to sign up for a training that helps you grow!
