2021 Annual Conference
Register today for CSEA’s 95th Annual Conference
CSEA is gearing up for the greatest Annual Conference ever, July 25-29!
The Conference Committee is hard at work finalizing plans for the 95th annual event, but here is the most up-to-date information about everything that will be happening this year. Visit www.csea.com/conference for the updates as we get closer to Conference.
Registration
Don’t miss out on the fun and be sure to sign up today! There are two different ways in which you can register:
Delegate Registration
Registration is now open for conference delegates by email invitation. Eboards were emailed an invitation from Cvent to register their chapters on April 5. They must use this unique link to register their chapter delegates online. Didn’t get the link? Email Member Benefits at memberbenefits@csea.com. Registration is $75 per person.
Member Visitor Registration
Members and visitors can register for free at www.csea.com/conference. This link also includes general information on the conference. This year, visitors will be able to watch the event live.
Important note:
All registrations remain pending until CSEA confirms members are in good standing and payments for registration and swag have been received.
You must register by July 1 to guarantee delivery of your swag by conference. Registration closes on July 20, no exceptions. This is necessary to secure credentials for the virtual conference.

As it is the second virtual conference of this kind, there are a lot of fun activities planned that members can look forward to this time around. Here is the current lineup of events and activities for this year’s annual conference.

PRE-CONFERENCE DAY

• 1-6 p.m.: Benefit provider and committee Zoom fair

Silent Auction and Raffle
As part of this year’s Annual Conference, CSEA’s Humanitarian Committee will once again be hosting a silent auction and raffle to benefit the Dorothy Bjork Assistance Fund. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun – even if you are not attending the conference.
Donate items for the auction
Start crafting to help raise money for members in need. CSEA will be accepting donated items for the Humanitarian Fund silent auction. For the last silent auction we hosted, CSEA received beautiful artwork created by members, staff and benefit partners.
Please fill out a donation form before July 9, 2021 and email to mbarriga@csea.com to get your donation item in the silent auction.
Raffle prize: Disneyland vacation
The Humanitarian Committee will be raffling off a four day/three night deluxe hotel stay in Anaheim, plus two adult and two child three-day tickets to Disneyland.
This vacation package, valued at $1,900, is from CSEA’s long-time benefit provider and exclusive Disneyland ticket partner, Get Away Today.
How to buy raffle tickets
Call Member Benefits at 866-487-2732 to purchase your raffle tickets today. Tickets are not limited, and you can buy as many as you'd like for a higher chance to win your next vacation! Purchase one ticket for $10 or get three for $20.
The final day to purchase raffle tickets is Wednesday, July 28, 2021. The winner will be drawn on Thursday, July 29.
On Demand Cash Grabs
You could be the lucky winner!
During regular conference years, CSEA has “On Time” cash grabs, and delegates who get on the conference floor in time for the business meeting and stay till the end are eligible to win cash. This year, CSEA is rewarding delegates AND member visitors who take the time to watch On Demand reports and education days on the conference hub.
Winners will be drawn each day during the live business meeting.
Resolutions
The following resolutions will be presented to delegates attending CSEA’s annual conference.
