In her 15 years as a CSEA member, Elizabeth Morales-Velasquez from Azusa Chapter 299 has always been passionate about helping students in the library. The 2020 Member of the Year works as a library technician at Gladstone High School in Covina, where she has taken on a now-famous campus nickname.
